Drama-ing

Just got home today!

Agak penat....dan ngantuk sikit. Baru balik dari Seminar B. Arab kat sekolah.
Ni nak story-mory lah sikit.

Last night, we watched this one drama called Naziha (heard of it?). Yeah, we're not supposed to watch TV, and the purpose of staying at the hostel for an extra night is to study for the PMR. But, an hour watch won't harm, right?

I don't really watch drama, especially Malay drama and I'm not really a fan of this drama, Naziha but you know when you've already watched the first episode, you're kinda stick to it. Including this Naziha. Tapi tengok sampai episod tiga je kot. And then, time Ramadhan, tak dapat nak tengok. So, skip banyak episod and time dah raya, tengok balik.

Walaupun dah melangkau entah berapa episod, tapi faham lagi sebab tidak ada banyak konflik yang mampu memutarbelitkan minda-minda penonton, ceng! So, apa yang terjadi sepanjang kami meninggalkan drama ini? Probably, ada scene bomoh, cerai and all other unnecessary plots, katanya. Drama Melayu kan.

So, back to the last night story, we all, form 3, watch-lah. Ada yang pernah tengok, ada yang tak pernah langsung. Coincidently, that night is the last episode of Naziha. We watched with full of anticipation and suspense.

So, how does it end? Adam, the hero, who have always been loyal to the heroin, Naziha (who also love him) from the first episode didn't get to marry each other. Instead, she was married to Adam's cousin, Akmal who is kind and then bad and then back to a kind character.

What da?

For all this time, he's been like sacrificing everything for her and this is what he got? He's the hero. But as he said "Cinta tak semestinya bersatu..". Oh yeah.

And yeah, Akmal and Naziha got married and Adam was like forever alone~
We were like, "kesiannya dia.."

Kemudian, si Adam ni siap jadi pengapit and driver pengantin tu lah. Kitorang lagilah " weh, kesiannya".
And we somehow, expecting some death scene. It's typical in the last episode of Malay drama. Pastu, adalah si Farouk (he's like a devil, seriously, he's like, everywhere)

He was like "no one can have my Naziha" although he already divorced her.
But this scene it was very tense for us, with some screams like it was a ghost story.

The pengantin baru and Adam is in a car. Farouk is also in a car, "aaahhh!!"

And Farouk is following their car "AAAAAAH!! Farouk nak bunuh diorang! "

"Jangan langgar! Jangan langgar!" Tapi....he just blocked them, make them stopped their car by the side of the road, Oppa Farouk Style, like he always did from the first episode. Blocking and stopping people by the side of the road to cari pasal. And yeah, they both stop. Farouk got out from his car first and make that weird, smug face, Oppa Farouk Style.

Adam dengan beraninya keluar dari kereta. Akmal ikut. And then Akmal try to get closer to Farouk and we were like, histerical, "AKMAL, JANGAN, NANTI DIA TIKAM, JANGAN DEKAT SGT!". And I thought Farouk is gonna stabbed him quietly, spontaneously. But, as he finished talking to him and walked away further and further and we were like phew~

BUT! The moment we waiting for. Farouk brought out the knife, for real! "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!"
We were freaking histerical. And Farouk ran to Akmal to kill him, BUT Adam noticed the knife AND he try to protect Akmal and......the knife, stabbed into ADAM! GOAL! I knew it!

Naziha was like crying by the dying Adam and Akmal was freaking mad and punched and kicked and whatever to Farouk. And he flashback all his sweet memories he had with his dear cousin, Adam. And that makes him so freaking hate Farouk. And I noticed that some of us, was touched.... and cried.

Akmal and Naziha sat beside Adam and Adam died...(ToT)

And it ended! By the way, its fun watching drama with friends. It was like, meriah!

Then we heard from the boys' hostel, somebody shouted, "ADAM MATI! ADAM MATI!" and I was like, they watched this drama? Oookay..

Do I like the ending? Oh yes I do! Why? Because I love to see main character dead at  the end of a story, especially the hero. Because this shows that the hero is not always that tough and happy at the end. And I prefer sad ending.

The end. (Sedih la jugak dia mati, tapi, cerita je pun, tiada kaitan sama ada dengan yang hidup ataupun yang dah tiada)

The Real Raya

As we all know (walaupun pemegang mohor tak beritahu lagi), tomorrow, is the awaited day...
The most exciting day..
The day we unite (most of us) and celebrate together with our family and relatives...

RAYA!!

Ei ul fitri is coming our way, BUT, are we qualified enough to celebrate it?

According to Wikipedia what've I learned, Eidul fitri means 'perayaan fitrah'. Perayaan kembali kepada fitrah yang suci dari dosa setelah berlalunya Ramadahan.

That means we are celebrating Raya if we succeeded it. Succeed to purify ourselves from sins during Ramadhan.

But,it's not that easy. Yeah, it's hard. To cleanse our heart, zero-sin? It's hard. But it's not impossible.
Change slowly. No human being is perfect like Rasulullah S.A.W. If we can't be the best, be better.

Let's say for example, you're a bad tempered-person. And during Ramadhan you determined to change for Allah, you don't want to be a such bad tempered person. You change and you never again want to become a bad-tempered person, like, forever.

So, somehow, that shows you've become a better person. Ramadhan taught you something.

It's okay if you can't be like an imam or ustaz or something like that.

As long as we got some benefit from Ramadhan, and become yet a better servant, we are probably qualified enough to celebrate Eidul fitri. Right?

And have I learned something from Ramadhan? Do I make a better change for Him?

Maybe, a bit. Trial PMR studies somehow distracted me. But I can't blame it right...

And my Eid won't be fun because I got PMR to focus to and Ayah Haji kata raya tahun ni sehari je. Lepas tu sambung belajar, dalam bilik kurungkan diri. Haha, no way! But I have to yes way!

So,that's all. Renung-renungkan dan selamat beramal! Selamat Hari Raya! Sambut raya berpada-pada. Ingat orang yang kurang bernasib baik kat tempat lain.

Ok, bye. nak tolong kat dapur! Assalamualaikum!

Accomplished!!..?

TRIAL, mission accomplished!
PMR, not accomplished yet...
Ramadhan, it just started...rite.. but..there's only 10 days left?!

It's Ramadhan, it's August and wow! It have been three months since I wrote the last post.

Cannot blogging too much, I'm a PMR candidate.
So, I have to act like one.

Ramadhan, a month so full of blessings and the right month to focus more and double up our deeds to Allah.
But, since my trial happened at this month, I'm interrupted.
I kept focusing more on studies for the trial and yeah, what a shame on me.

O Allah, forgive me for being such a neglectful servant.

And since the trial had just finished, time for 'payback' time!
Appreciate the freedomness to focus and double up the deeds for the last 10 nights!
Let's accomplished it!

Another Debate Story

Assalamualaikum!

Sebenarnya minggu ni nak exam. Jadi, saya tak sepatutnya online.

TAPI!! Saya dah study semalam dan sekarang pun saya tengah study ni. Dan!! kepala saya dah serabut sikit Oleh itu! Saya online-lah kejap pada pagi yang serba indah ini. Daripada tidur, baik online, blogging. Kan kan?

Actually, I just wanna tell you about my debate story, this year.

I participate in the SMKAMH Interschool Debate Championship again this year.
It is held by ex-SMKAMH debaters for SMKAMH students, last month.
I don't really have any intention to participate it this year because I am busy enough.
I got bunch of homeworks, srikandi stuff (xyah tau kot), and yeah, lot of others.

BUT!! One day.... in a school debate team training session, as usual......

"Who didn't participate in the Interschool Debate Championship?" Kak Ulfah asked.
I raised my hand with my two other friends.

In my heart says,"For real? We are the only three who didn't participate?"

"Iffah, why don't you participate?", Kak Ulfah asked. And then she said that this is the time for us to get experience, to ...yeah, you get the point.

And yeah, I don't really have any explanation why. To say 'I'm busy'? Duh, Kak Ulfah is way more busier. So, I HAVE to participate it. (My other two friends who raised their hands with me, they couldn't participate for some reasonable reasons. Really.)

So, I teamed up with my THREE understanding friends. So happy because there still friends who understand my situation.
Fatin, as the third speaker, still in my team like last year. Adlina and Nazatul, act as first speaker. They don't have any English debate experience. But, don't look them with one eye...(totally broken English)

Since we have some experience of debate from last year's competition and some experience from school debate team training, we feel...ok, maybe.

That's us, quarantine session.

There are 12 teams, and our team is named Axxess! Simple but nice. The judges are among the alumni and the school debaters.

In the debate room

Guess who?

This one is my friend, Fatin, the third speaker

And guess what?

Unexpectedly, without any means...

We made it to the Semi Final!

o.O ,O_O, 0.o, o_O...(4 of us)

We don't really have any intention to made it to the semi final. We don't even expect that we gonna make it to the quarter. We just wanna have some rest and finish our homeworks.

We are just a bunch of juniors who at first, are unintentional to participate, fighting with some bunch of superior seniors.

But we did it. Alhamdulillah~

Surprisingly, we made it to the 2nd place among 6 teams who will made it to the the quarter final. So, as the judge have said before, the 1st and the 2nd place will not have to compete in the quarter but GO STRAIGHT TO THE SEMI FINAL!

Waa~ so we have some time to do our homeworks, rest...and sleep, while we wait for the quarter final competition to finish. Huhu ^.^.

That's Nazatul. Stuck for a while.

 Still, who is that? (haha)....

That is Adlina! Confidently speaking.

Wait! Where's Fatin?

She's the one who is holding the camera. She became the reserve this time.

And yeah, we just only made it to the semi final. The team, that we opposed are Form 5 boys, and the last year's winner. And guess what? They also win this year. Just annoying to face them the second time. First time was in last year's debate championship.

It's okay. To made it to the semi final was already a WOW for me, and for us. The experience we go as a team, was priceless. The essence of debate is not just about having a brilliant brain and good speech. It's about teamwork. If you don't have teamwork, debate is not for you.

Thanks Fatin, Nazatul and Adlina for having the guts to team up with me, sacrifice your time and participate in this debate. Thank you! Sayang korang!

Kak Ulfah, Kak Laila and Kak Raihan had taught me a lot. Debate is not just something that we call 'co-curricular' activities. It is actually something will become a part of our life.
Debate actually makes me care more about what's happening in our world. So, it really kinda bring a lot of benefit.

Yeah, it's a bit too long huh. Huhu. I'm kinda expressing actually because I don't talk much.

Pray for my examination tomorrow, and not just tomorrow, for PMR also.
Gotta continue my studies. I'm such a procrastinator.

Wassalam~

I'm an Aunt!

Just back from hostel!!

Pagi tadi kawad. So, sekarang kita berehat sebentar bersama FB dan Blogger.
Menang? Not really~

4th place from 5 teams. Ok lah tu kan~
But my cousin said," Perempuan kawad? Kelakarlah."
Suka hati dialah. He never saw me marching. So, what so funny, ha!

And, I felt very excited to go home! Because...I wanna see my sister's baby! Her first child and my first nephew! Born last week~

When I saw him, for the first time, with my kawad uniform, "Waaa~ so cute~"

Hi there!

His name is Iliyyin Zaidan! At first I heard my mother said, "Ili Zaidan.."

"Ili?", sounds like a girl's name.

 "Iliyyin." my mother correct me.

Ooooo. What a nice and unique name. I wonder what will people call him when he grown up?

Iliyyin? Too hard to call.
Zaidan? Sounds right to me.
Ili? Please don't..
Liyyin? -_-' Bolehla~
Zaidan pun dah ok.

And what will he call me?

Auntie?
Mak cik?
Mak Teh?

.....Now I realize that I'm getting old...

It's okay! Everyone's getting old! Including YOU!

And welcome, Iliyyin Zaidan, to our family~ Alhamdulillah~

So that's all for now!
